Noah & Abbey Hummel:
In late February, Abbey was approaching 36 weeks pregnant. Until this point, everything was progressing smoothly and they were eagerly anticipating the birth of their first child, a baby boy. Suddenly, Abbey started to feel that something wasn’t quite right, so they scheduled an appointment to check things out. After a check up on Tuesday, March 1st , Abbey and Noah were hit with the most devastating news imaginable- their baby boy no longer had a heartbeat.
Their perfect little boy, Paxton Joseph Hummel entered the world Wednesday, March 2nd, at around 6am. Abbey and Noah were able to spend 12 short hours with Paxton while in the hospital that day. The morning he was born, there were countless rays of sunshine coming down through the clouds. Noah & Abbey knew that it was Paxton letting them know that he was okay.
Surrounded by family and friends, Paxton was laid to rest Saturday, March 5th. The amount of love that was shown for him that day was amazing and something that Abbey & Noah will cherish for the rest of their life.
